When ZEO Homes began, it wasn’t just about building houses—it was about creating a lasting company and organisation.  With over 20 years of experience in real estate, our founder, Frank Nourse, sought to build a company rooted in his strong belief in quality of living and saving energy costs by creating a superb, well-built, and well-insulated house with its own energy source: solar power. After thorough research, Frank discovered the potential of wooden homes as sustainable alternatives to traditional concrete and steel constructions, whose production creates huge energy consumption. Not only is wood a sustainable material, but it also allows for remarkable energy efficiency when paired with passive house principles.
